Customizing the homepage
Customizing the homepage is a result of meticulous learning Google Analytics. We collected the most frequent search directions and the regions and placed them on the homepage in the form of blocks with cards and links. The page became more relevant to users` expectations, navigation became more intuitive and clear.

Presentation of promotional opportunities
To help realtors better understand how paid functions work, we came up with animated elements. They clearly show the features of all promotional opportunities and attract attention.

Another important innovation is the refreshing and redesign of the landing page for realtors. We collected and visualized important information for real estate professionals and added an overview of tariff plans.

Tariff plans used to have a boring look in the form of a simple table. We made them comfortable, clear and modern. Now the realtor clearly sees the difference in the services provided and can evaluate the benefits when paying for a month or a whole year.
We track the user`s movement from the main page and saw that users began to use the proposed blocks with ads and links instead of using the search.

Landing page for realtors
The second most important page is the landing page for realtors, which is the starting page for new users. Changes were made to the page structure, new blocks of information were added: packages, statistics, advantages, customers, reviews that are necessary for making a decision.

Ways of promotion
We learned the information about promotions for realtors in the format of the motion.
It was decided to make an animation for each type of promo, for the easy perception of information.

Improving the process of advertising
Made AB-testing that highlighted the improvement of New Property page. Screen space is used more efficiently. Progress in filling shows how many fields are left. The card preview shows how the ad will look on the property search page.

We made an experiment with "chips" - links to popular search queries. By clicking on the selected "chip" the user with one touch received the desired result.
Ad preview
The property cover is very important, the first impression depends on it. Now, at each stage of creating a new ad, the author sees how the information will be displayed in the search results.
