    It was designed as a flexible pricing logic layer that can be easily extended as new regions, partners, or services are introduced.

    We designed both a customer-facing web platform and a fully operational admin panel. The entire real estate sales process was broken into 8 structured digital steps. From property data collection to document handling, advertising, bidding, and invoicing — everything is automated. Users receive:

    • PayEx – payment processing
    • Tripletex – legally compliant invoicing
    • Finn.no – automated property advertising
    • Gjensidige – self-declaration flows
    • Google Maps – region-based pricing logic
    • AI automation services – content generation

    Each integration required secure API communication, structured data validation, and strict compliance alignment to ensure stable operation within Norway’s regulated ecosystem.
