Artjoker designed and delivered a premium, mobile-first eCommerce platform for a luxury caviar brand operating across both B2C and B2B channels.

The goal wasn’t simply to launch an online store. The platform had to sell a high-end product, tell a brand story, and support complex daily operations — all within one unified system.

We combined editorial, story-driven product pages with a seamless checkout experience and a business-first Admin Panel. This gave the client full control over products, content, promotions, and partnerships — without ongoing developer involvement.

The result is a scalable commerce platform that converts first-time visitors, supports long-term partnerships, and enables growth without operational bottlenecks.

Business Challenges

The client needed to launch a digital commerce experience that matched the expectations of a luxury food brand while supporting complex commercial workflows — a challenge common for premium brands scaling beyond simple online stores.

Key challenges included:

  • Creating a premium B2C & B2B e-commerce platform for converting new visitors. It should also build trust around the brand.
  • Supporting two distinct user journeys in one product:

    • B2C customers: direct sales, member club, gifting.
    • B2B partners: distributors, partners, wholesale pricing, gated content.

Security and onboarding were another critical concern. Email and SMS authentication had to be frictionless for users, yet fully secure and compliant.

Finally, the internal team needed independence. They required a system that would allow them to manage products, orders, content, and promotions on their own, and refresh campaigns or visuals frequently — without engineering delays.

To encourage repeat purchases and long-term engagement, we implemented built-in retention mechanics:

  • Personal user accounts with full order history and detailed views
  • Persistent Favorites, saved across sessions
  • Back-in-stock and order notifications
  • A Member Club with levels, achievements, progress indicators, and rewards

These features turn one-time buyers into returning customers — organically.

B2B & Partner Experience

For distributors and partners, the platform provides a dedicated, professional journey:

  • Partner and distributor pages with gated, tier-based access
  • Wholesale pricing logic and B2B-specific product views
  • A clear “Become a Partner” flow to qualify inbound leads

The result is a stronger B2B pipeline with less manual back-and-forth.

Operations & Admin Panel

Behind the scenes, we built a business-first Admin Panel that removes operational friction and dependency on developers.

The internal team can now:

  • Handle customer communication history in one place
  • Manage partners, distributors, and partner requests
