Our client, a leading multi-brand retailer and wholesaler with over 20 years of industry leadership, was rapidly expanding its online presence across multiple industries. Managing dozens of eCommerce platforms, including major marketplaces like Amazon and eBay, their growth quickly outpaced their ability to efficiently handle operations.
