Over ten years of mutually beneficial cooperation of tech enthusiasts resulted in a fintech startup that is to become a loyal payday loan platform easily used by borrowers in Ukraine — the service is becoming more popular with busy consumers. Unlike face-to-face interactions, online interactions make our relationships with people less rewarding and more superficial, unless it is a payday loan system that simplifies the process of money lending in a huge way. Way back in 2015 we came up with the idea for an online payday loan platform with the loyal terms of borrowing money. The goal was to create a user-friendly website developed from scratch including business score tracking feature – a system for determining customers' sustainability. In order to achieve this, we put together a team of 20 devs hand-over-hand, refining the design and concept to production.


As true visionaries, we are very result-oriented. So because we have a strong background in IT, we have decent preferences regarding solutions or technologies used in the project. We have our goal set up and a solid plan to make it happen. As the project was being developed, evolving and improving over an extended period of time, we faced challenges of different complexity. At the initial stage of the project, our specialists were supposed to map out goals for the platform based on the customer’s requirements and bank experience to determine how the customer can have the particular niche within the fintech market. As the project began to evolve, the development team overcame next the challenges to be solved:

  1. To implement a credit scoring system for the customers
  2. To build CRM for customer information and sales order processing
  3. To create a loan interest basis
  4. To work on a customer engagement system
  5. To pass through PCI DSS certification for cards processing
  6. To build anti-fraud system

Additional changes in the user interface were also requested. Our professional design team revamped a number of the web interface elements so they could offer a more user-friendly and compelling experience.


As to the solution scope, MyCredit can be regarded as a complex solution which consisted of the website for interaction with loan debtors, web interface for system administration, the scoring module for data verification of the loan debtors, and risk evaluation in terms of accommodating the loans.


Our team implemented a number of functional features, providing for smooth user experience. The delivered payday loan platform combines the existing loan granting logic with best personalized features. To ensure good user experience, we provided:
